Section : COGNIZANCE OF OFFENCES

SECTION 20: COGNIZANCE OF OFFENCES

- Notwithstanding anything contained in theCode of Criminal Procedure, 1973-, no Court shall take cognizance of any offence under this Act except on a complaint, in writing, made by the Central Government or any officer authorised in this behalf by that Government.
