Section : CONTRACTS BY THE AUTHORITY

SECTION 14: CONTRACTS BY THE AUTHORITY

Subject to the provisions ofS.15-, the Authority shall be competent to enter into and perform any contract necessary for the discharge of its functions under this Act.
