RULE 8 Creation and abolition of posts

-The Central Board may create such posts as it considers necessary for the efficient performance of its functions and may abolish any post, so created: Provided that for the creation of, and appointments to, posts, the maximum of the scale of which is above Rs. 1,600 per month, the Central Board shall obtain prior sanction of the Central Government.
