Section : DEFINITIONS

SECTION 02: DEFINITIONS

- In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,-

(a) "Commission" means the National Commission for Women constituted undersection 3-;

(b) "Member" means a Member of the Commission and includes the Member Secretary;

(c) "prescribed" means prescribed by rules made under this Act.
