Section : Disposal of fees

18. Disposal of fees.-(1) All expenses which might be retained orpaid out of the trust fund, if the Official Trustee were a privatetrustee, shall be so retained or paid, and any fees leviable underthis Act shall be retained or paid in like manner as and in additionto such expenses. (2) The Official Trustee shall transfer and pay to such authorityand in such manner and at such times as the Government may prescribe,all fees received by him under this Act, and the same shall be carriedto the account and credit of the Government 3***.
