37. General liability of guardian as trustee.-Nothing in eitherof the two last foregoing sections shall be construed to deprive award or his representative of any remedy against his guardian, or therepresentative of the guardian, which, not being expressly provided ineither of those sections, any other beneficiary or his representativewould have against his trustee or the representative of the trustee.
