SECTION 20: HOW EXPENSES TO BE ASCERTAINED

The amount of the expenses of every such examination and repair, and of any injury done to the said Company, shall, in case of any dispute about the same, together with the costs of ascertaining and recovering the same, be ascertained and recovered in the manner prescribed for the ascertainment and recovery for expenses in section 7 of this Act.
