SECTION 45: JOINT ACTION WITH OTHER LOCAL AUTHORITY

OBJECTS AND REASONS Act 15 of 1983, Clause 30.-The amendment proposed tosection 45 of the Act provides that the powers of a local authority to establish octroi limits and octroi stations within a cantonment in the event of an agreement between that local authority and the Board should be available in the same manner also to the cantonment Boards.- Gaz. of Ind., 9-7-1982, Pt.
