SECTION 26: LIQUIDATION OF SMALL INDUSTRIES DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE FUND

The Small Industries Development Assistance Fund shall not be closed or wound up save by order of the Central Government and in such manner as that Government may, on the recommendation of the14, direct.
