SECTION 35A: MEMBER OF THE BOARD TO BE DEEMED A PUBLIC SERVANT

Every member of the Board shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of the Indian Penal Code, and in the definition of "legal remuneration" in section 161of that Code, the word "Government" shall, for the purposes of this section, be deemed to include a Board,]OBJECTS AND REASONS Act 15 of 1983.
