SECTION 131: POWER OF BOARD TO UNDERTAKE PRIVATE CONSERVANCY ARRANGEMENTS

- (1) On the application or with the consent of the occupier of any building or land, or, where the occupier of any building or land fails to make arrangements to the satisfaction of a[the Executive Officer] for the matters referred to in this section, without such consent, and after giving notice in writing to the occupier,a[the Executive Officer] may undertake the house scavenging of any building or land in the cantonment b[for such period as bethinks fit on such terms as he may specify in this behalf.

(2) Wherea[the Executive Officer] has undertaken the duties referred to in this section, all matter removed in the performance of.such duties shall be the property ofa[the Board]. c[(3) * * *]
