SECTION 51A: POWER OF CENTRAL GOVERNMENT TO REVIEW

The Central Govrnment may, at any time, review any decision or order of the Board or the Officer Commanding-in-Chief, the Command, and pass such orders thereon as it may deem fit: Provided that where it is proposed to modify a decision or order of the Board, reasonable opportunity shall be given to the Board to show cause why the decision or order in question should not be modified.]OBJECTS AND REASONS Act 15 of 1983, Clause 35.- This clause seeks to insert newsection 51 Ain the Act to enable the Central Government to review any decision or order of the Board or the Officer Commanding-in-Chief, the Command.- Gaz. of Ind., 9-7-1982, Pt.
