SECTION 64: POWER OF PRESIDENT TO GIVE DIRECTIONS

The President may give such directions to the States of Madras, Andhra and Mysore as may appear to him to be necessary for the purpose of giving effect to the provisions of sections 61-,62-and63-and ensuring the proper division of services among those States.
