SECTION 29: POWER OF THE AUTHORITY TO UNDERTAKE CERTAIN WORKS

The Authority may undertake to carry out on behalf of the Government or any local authority any works or services or any class of works or services on such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon between the Authority and the Government or local authority concerned.
