Section : POWER TO MAKE RULES BY CENTRAL GOVERNMENT

SECTION 51A: POWER TO MAKE RULES BY CENTRAL GOVERNMENT

20(1) The Central Government may, by notification, make rules to carry out the provisions of this Act.

(2) In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:-

(i) the procedure for filing and hearing of appeal against the refusal to register the transfer of shares by the Board under sub-sec. (3) of Sec. 20-D; and

(ii) any there matter which has to be, or may be, prescribed by rules under this Act."
