Section : PROTECTION OF ACTION TAKEN IN GOOD FAITH

SECTION 16: PROTECTION OF ACTION TAKEN IN GOOD FAITH

No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central Government or the successor Government company or any of the officers or other employees of that Government or company for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
