Section : PROTECTION OF ACTION TAKEN IN GOOD FAITH

SECTION 29: PROTECTION OF ACTION TAKEN IN GOOD FAITH

(1) No suit, prosecution, or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central Government or any officer of that Government or the Custodian or the Government company or other person authorised by that Government or Government company for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.

(2) No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central Government or any of its officers or other employees of the Government company or any officer or other person authorised by that company for any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything which is in good faith done or intended to he done under this Act.
