Section : PROTECTION OF ACTION TAKEN UNDER THE ACT

SECTION 29: PROTECTION OF ACTION TAKEN UNDER THE ACT

No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Board or any member, or any officer or other employee of the Board (including the Director of the Library), for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or of any rule or regulation made thereunder.
