Section : Publication of regulations and rules

31. Publication of regulations and rules. (1) The power to makeregulations and rules conferred by sections 28 and 29 shall be subjectto the condition of the regulations and rules being made afterprevious publication. (2) Regulations and rules so made shall be published in theGazette of India and the local official Gazette, respectively, and, onsuch publication, shall have effect as if enacted in this Act.
