SECTION 03: REPEAL AND SAVING

(1) The Departmentalisation of Union Accounts (Transfer of Personnel) Ordinance, 1976, is hereby repeated.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything dome or any action taken under the said Or- dinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
