Section : REPEAL AND SAVING

SECTION 20: REPEAL AND SAVING

(1) The Konkan Passenger Ships (Acquisition) Ordinance, 1973, is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Ordinance so repealed (including any declaration or order made there under), shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
