Section : Saving of power to appoint in other cases

6. Saving of power to appoint in other cases.-In the case of aminor 2****, nothing in this Act shall be construed to take away orderogate from any power to appoint a guardian of his person orproperty, or both, which is valid by the law to which the minor issubject.
