Section : Short title

1. Short title.-This Act may be called the Indian Easements Act,1882. Local Extent.-It extends1* to the territories respectivelyadministered by the Governor of Madras in Council and the ChiefCommissioners of the Central Provinces and Coorg; Commencement.-and it shall come into force on the first day ofJuly, 1882.
