Section : SHORT TITLE AND COMMENCEMENT

SECTION 01: SHORT TITLE AND COMMENCEMENT

(1) This Act may be called THE TEXTILE UNDERTAKINGS (TAKING OVER OF MANAGEMENT) ACT, 1983.

(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 18th day of October, 1983.
