SECTION 01: SHORT TITLE AND COMMENCEMENT.

(1) This Act may be called the Bengal Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals Works Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1980.

(2) It shall come into force on such date1as the Central Government may, by notification, appoint.
