1. Short title extent and commencement. (1) This Act may be called the Cinematograph Act, 1918. 2[(2) It extends to all Part A States and part States, and also to every Part B State, other than 3*** Jammu and Kashmir, in so far as it relates to the sanctioning of cinematograph films for exhibition.]
