Section : Stamps to be impressed or adhesive

26. Stamps to be impressed or adhesive. The stamps used to denote any fees chargeable under this Act shall be impressed or adhesive, or partly impressed and partly adhesive, as the 3*[appropriate Government] may, by notification in the Official Gazette, from time to time direct. 4* ------------------------------------------- 1 The words "and the Governor General of India in Council" rep. by Act 38 of 1920, s. 2 and Sch.
