SECTION 12: THE NAIB SHAIKH--UL--JAMIA (PRO--VICC--CHANCELLOR)

The Naib Shaikh-ul-Jamia (Pro-Vice-Chancellor) shall be appointed in such manner, and shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
