Section : TRADE MARK WHICH ESSO IS ENTITLED TO USE IN INDIA AND WHICH SHALL NOT VEST IN THE GOVERNMENT OR THE GOVERNMENT COMPANY

SCHEDULE 1 TRADE MARK WHICH ESSO IS ENTITLED TO USE IN INDIA AND WHICH SHALL NOT VEST IN THE GOVERNMENT OR THE GOVERNMENT COMPANY.

(a) The right of Esso to use in India the Trade Marks registered under the Trade and Merchandise Marks Act, 1958, by Exon Corporation, Corporation incorporated in the State of New Jersey, United States of America, and having its principal office in New York, United States of America.

(b) All Trade Marks registered in India by ESSO under the Trade and Merchandise Marks Act, 1958-.
