Section : TRANSFER OF PROPERTIES OF NORTH-EASTERN HILL UNIVERSITY

SECTION 06: TRANSFER OF PROPERTIES OF NORTH-EASTERN HILL UNIVERSITY

—On and from the commencement of this Act, all properties of the North-Eastern Hill University in the State of Mizoram shall stand transferred to, and vest in, the University and shall be applied to the objects for which the University is established.
