86. Transfer pursuant to rescindable contract.-Where property istransferred in pursuance of a contract which is liable to rescissionor induced by fraud or mistake, the transferee must, on receivingnotice to that effect, hold the property for the benefit of thetransferor, subject to repayment by the latter of the considerationactually paid.
