Section : TRANSFER TO, AND VESTING IN, THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT OF GANESH FLOUR MILLS

SECTION 03: TRANSFER TO, AND VESTING IN, THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT OF GANESH FLOUR MILLS

On the appointed day the Ganesh Flour Mills and the right, title and interest of the Company in relation of the Ganesh Flour Mills, shall by virtue of this Act, stand transferred to, shall vest in, the Central Government.
