Section : Votes of joint proprietors of shares

19. Votes of joint proprietors of shares.--1* If more persons than one, being partners in trade, shall be joint proprietors of two or more shares of the said Capital Stock, and shall agree to give a joint vote or joint votes, such joint vote or joint votes, shall be received in all respects as the vote or votes of a single proprietor would be received.
