Government of India Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Department of Sports has uploaded a draft National Sports Development Bill - 2013. Which has been redrafted by the committee of under the Chairmanship of the old Chairman Mr. Justice Mukul Mudgal (Retd.). The draft is similar like Old Wine in new bottle. Hence a comment has been sent to the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports for the Development of the Bill and get it drafted by the experts of Physical Education and Sports Sciences those are practicing as Advocate too. #pdf
