Convertion of CRLREV to CRLMC

Description:

An order allowing or disallowing an application of the complainant to summon witness U/S.311 Cr.P.C. is an interlocutory in nature. Revision against such order would not lie a Criminal miscellaneous application would lie. But as wrongly CRLREV was filed an application for convertion was filed to convert the CRLREV in to CRLMC. #doc
