Obsolete Law Update list

Description:

I herewith enclose updated list provided under RTI to me by Legislative Dept. Law Ministry of India about Remaining 422 Obsolete Acts which are required to be repelled by Parliament. This list is presently being circulated among various Ministries in Central Govt. before next repeal bill is presented in Parliament. Additionally there are 83 state Acts and 144 state apportionment acts which are not yet repelled by respective state Assemblies. #pdf
