Description:

For defence pension paid through PDA bank PCDA IS THE ARBITRATOR. Ref BOI letter dated 23 Oct 2013..PCDA clarifies its stand.Bank has no option to follow..it can not claim over payment until it reexamine..some experts here need to know this. #zip
