Kamala Hit a Pedestrian
Back in June 2011, Kamala Harris was involved in a hit-and-run incident in San Francisco. While driving her car, she struck two pedestrians and left the scene.
One of the victims, Alisha Brown, only came forward with the story many years later, after her mother passed away. She revealed that Harrisโs team had threatened her mother to keep quiet and not report the incident to the authorities.
Was Kamala Drunk?
It is an open secret that Kamala Harris is addicted to alcohol. Reports state that at the time of this accident, she is not sober. Alisha recalls the accident clearly.
She and her mom were crossing the road at the corner of Post Street and Jones Street when a car suddenly sped towards them from behind a parked van. Since Post Street is a one-way road, they werenโt expecting a vehicle to come from that direction.
Her mom quickly tried to pull her out of harmโs way, but it was too late. The car hit Alisha, throwing her onto the street, where she hit her back hard on the curb. Lying there, she saw the driverโa womanโwho seemed terrified.
At the time, Alisha didnโt realize it was Kamala Harris, the California Attorney General. The woman stared at her, then suddenly turned away, started the car, and drove off. Overcome with pain, Alisha passed out.
The day after the incident, while recovering in the hospital, Alisha noticed her mother talking to two men outside her room. When asked about them, her mother revealed that the woman who had hit her was Kamala Harris and that those men were sent by her.
They warned her mother that if she loved Alisha, she wouldnโt report the incident or seek justice, as they could be in serious trouble if the story got out. This news devastated Alisha, especially knowing that she could never walk again due to a fractured spine.
Alishaโs injuries were severeโshe suffered fractures to her pelvis, ribs, and spine. Over the next three months, she had to undergo eleven surgeries, but despite the doctors’ best efforts, she would never walk again and would spend the rest of her life in a wheelchair.
