Without this piece of knowledge, one might be able to pull through the simple trials, but with the knowledge of forensics, evidence, and criminal procedure, one can successfully shatter or construct a case with complex circumstantial evidence.

FACTS is a body of forensic scientists and professionals who collectively offer over 80 years of experience in areas of training, education, and investigative analysis.The Government of India has established strong forensic institutions in the country. However, these institutions exist primarily to service the needs of Government agencies, leaving these facilities limited resources to provide forensic awareness-building training for legal professionals and practicing law enforcement officers.
FACTS, with over 20 years of forensic training experience, and over 10 years of industry exposure believes it can bridge this gap.
The Training Services arm of FACTS, led by Riva Pocha, has been instrumental in the design and execution of multiple forensic training programs in the city of Mumbai since the firms' inception.
St. Xavier's College (Autonomous) has conducted a Diploma Program in Forensic Science and Criminal Law since 2004, and continues to do so. Advocate Ashish Chavan and Riva Pocha presently teach in this program.
