Can i get a divorce

Dear Sir/Madam,
As my job is transferrable (i changed state/city every 1/1.5 yrs as per my work schedule), so i asked my wife to stay with my mother at my native place because my mother age is near 60 who is not fit for long distance journey and i have a son of 4.5 yrs to give him a stable study but she doesn't want to stay with my mother and she proposed me that she wants to stay with me at my work place (wherever it is) and move with me as per my work location else she will stay with her parents,
can i get a divorce with my wife on that basis from my wife?

Lineal ascendency- sapinda relations

I have been searching my queries about sapinda relationship for more than a year but i always get differentiating replies. I'm confused about how the lineal ascendents are traced. Myself and the boy i want to marry fall in family relations. I have studied online a lot about the hindu marriage act 1955 and the details of SAPINDA relations and prohibited degrees. we ( me and he) have a common lineal ascendent- 4th generation in my case ( my paternal grandmother's father) and 5th generation in his case ( his paternal grandfather's mother's father). in simple language- my father's mother's father and his father's father's mother's father are the same person. He is my second cousin once removed (second cousin's son). Does this relation come under sapinda relation or prohibitive degrees ? While tracing the lineal ascendency, if its through father's side, does father's mother come under sapinda? I have read differentiating views on this. Some say that ascendency is traced as Person-->Father's--> Father's Father--> Father's Father Father and so on.. On mother's side, ascendency is traced as Person --> Mother --> Mother's mother. Need an expert advise and clarity on this matter

Does hiring a hacker for solution a bad idea ?

Honestly i gave up on hiring a online hacker due to the bad experienced i always encounter with them but this time i was really in urgent need for a legit one cos i needed to be sure what my partners plan is as he is avoiding me and always hiding when making calls couple with his late night movement. i was so scared so i got a helping hand from a friend Hyung who introduced me with this expert hacker, i was scared and lost trust in him at first but after giving him a try in couple of hours i got access to my partner phone and saw his call recordings, hidden text messages, social accounts , hidden photos and more. Thank you [ Remote spy hacker @ gm ail . c om ] for been legit.
