vague query.

No, he does not have right to evict you out of the Hindu Ancestral property. Hindu Ancestral or Coparcenary property of the Hindu family has share of all the coparceners born in the family and anyone can seek partition of the property and get his/her share out of it. You too can do it and get share in the Hindu family property.

Are you sure the property is ancestral? If so, you may seek partition of the property.

However, why is it that your father is annoyed with you? That needs to be the important issue than the property.

Absolutely vague query without basic facts and background of the case.
You can be evicted by your father.
