Check bounce case in bnagalore

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 11 February 2021 This query is : Resolved
I will have a check bounce case coming up very soon and looking for a lawyer in Bangalore.

Here is the case:

Lent money to someone who had given a blank cheque. The loan agreements paper are clean and the terms have been extended for 2 times giving the loanee ample time to return the money with interest. Now it is the time to take legal action. The loan was given in a small town in Karnataka, but i want this case to be files in Bnagalore as the cheque will be deposited in Bangalore. It is also to make the loanees like difficult to travel to Bangalore each time.

Question 1: Is this possible or it needed to be filed in the same town where the loan was issued?
Question 2: Can it be filed in teh fast track court aftre teh check bounce? The amount is 3 lakhs.
Question 3: I do not live in Bangalore and it will be difficult for me to attend any of the court proceedings, so i need to be represented.

PS: People suggesting come in to agreement with the loanee, there are too many cases pending in court and you will be wasting time etc... Please refrain from answering this.

Admittedly, you are seeking means to harass the loanee. I am afraid, this platform is not meant for suggestions involving abuse of the process of law.

I endorse the opinion and advise of expert Mr. P Venu.
However, wait and watch, the facts posted are imaginary.

OMG... What the heck is worng with you guys? Harass the loanee? Why siding with the loanee when he has been harassing for many years not retruning the loan? You all say Loanee is correct and the one who loaned the money is worng. Guys get a break...

@Venu - What does it mean by "abuse the process of law" . Do you mean i have file a case next to loanees home so his life is will still be pleasent and peaceful and while I who paid the oney should still be running to his doorstep to get the money. Just read this if you dont have enough knowledge in this area. "Filing a cheque-bouncing complaint has become easier. The government has notified the Negotiable Instruments (Amendment) Act, which allows the complainant to file a complaint in the city, where he is based or where the cheque has been deposited. The Act was passed by Parliament in its winter session that concluded in December 2015. The ordinance to the Act was promulgated in June 2015."

@Rajkumar - You are Bombay to Hyderabad guy as per your profile and a Cyber law expert. Where did you come into picture for the Bangalore case to chime in? You should use your time and energy somewhere else I beleive.

@JC Vashita - I value your credentials, but not your comments. What is imaginary here? It is called plan ahead with speculation based on how it has progressed for so many loan extensions provided to the loanee. From what you all say i read it as Vijay Mallya is right. Indian govt is harrasing him.

Advice to you all - Please Go and get alife or spend your time and energy. Dont answer just for the heck of it. It is nothing but abusal of this platform.
