Dear sir on first appearance for FIR 498a after AB in lower court 2 accused out 5 failed to present because late information conveyed by my lawyer one day before so they cannot reach there in such time residing in another state and no summons for appearance send by court till the date to any one, now court on date of hearing issued NBW for both accused. Pls advise me what remedies are available in said situations.

Surrender before the same court, it would grant bail.

Your lawyer might have moved an application for exemption for those 2 accused on that day. Anyway, now surrender and move bail application before the same court as earliest as possible.

Appear before court; Apply for cancellation of warrant, offer to be released on PR Bond/or Surety/ bail. That's All. It will be allowed.
