Hello Team,
My landlord has cheated in the advance payment.
Agreement says 20k deduction for the painting chargers while vacating. Now he had made additional charges and deducted all my hard earnings.
I can share further details with proofs.
I need a strong case to be punished for all the things done. Please someone kindly guide me

Why did you agree to such terms at the time of execution of rent agreement, which is generally not accepted ?
Show the rent agreement to a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation, analyses and professional advise.

You can issue a legal notice to him demanding the return of the entire amount deducted by him citing that the deduction is against the natural justice and he has not given the list of expenses with supporting bills and inform him that if he is not returning the amount you will drag him to court for recovery.
