cancellation of relinquishment deed

dear sir
my wife having one brother sister and mother in family .. she with her sister and mother had made relinquishment deed on property of father who is expired ..
now as brother is whole n sole owner now he is not taking care of unmarried sister and mother.
can that deed can be cancelled ?
can mother thake back her right ?pls help in this issue

Hello,

Your mother in law can challenge it under the provisions of senior citizen act. It all depend on the terms and conditions of agreement.

Yes mother can get cancelled relinquish deed by filling civil suit for cancellation of relinquishment deed or can get possession of property back under provisions of Senior Citizen and Welfare and Maintained Act.

Any suggestion depends upon the date of execution of the deed and the conditions therein.
