Hi,
The internet service provider has put a junction box/ distribution box right in front of our house to the electricity pole. To be very specific, the pole is situated on the foot path along our house. As ours is the last house, we enclosed it and planted a garden in it. When we are requesting to remove the wires they say they have permission to put it on the electric pole the charges for the installation of the pole was paid by us when the colony was being developed as development charges.

You can issue a legal notice to the internet service provider and ask him to remove the same if it is obstructing or disturbing you in any manner.
Please remember that you have not purchased the electric pole, it belongs to the electricity department and it is installed in the public road.
They both do not belong to you, in view of which your objection can be maintainable only if the installation disturbs your easement rights or if it is creating any nuisance to you.
Your act of occupying the public road as a garden itself is an illegal act.
