Ketan   22 April 2024

Thank you .sale deed is correct so no need for rectification.

T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Advocate)     23 April 2024

If there's no necessity to rectify the registered sale deed then the error found in the share certificate alone can be rectified by the society on an application submitted by the owner/ member with an affidavit and a public notice published in a local newspaper.

The society can decide about rectifying it or issue a new share certificate as per the decision taken in the meeting of the MC members.
