Legal sector is one of the top sectors in the country. The advocates number is in lakhs in the country. But unlike other sector in legal sector there is no guarantee for fixed income for the budding advocates.

There are numerous number of cases in which, a person after joining as junior advocate with great hope on his/her future and practicing for one year or more dropped out of the profession because of no economical grant and how long it will take to establish in the profession.

The practical truth is that it will take five to ten years to an advocate for decent earnings and get settle in his life. Where as other professions for instance take IT profession or Medical Profession, an software employee or medical practitioner has minimum economic security for him in the beginning of his career.

Even in legal sector there is great scope for development for a professional in LPO sector, as LPO sector is in its budding stage in over country, there is need to uplift this sector on par with the IT sector. And separate legislation has to be made, to ensure minimum income to newly joined apprentice, so that the interest and passion with which young advocates start their career will not die.

It is also duty on part of young advocates to work hard to increase the charisma of the advocate profession. Finally the entire legal domain of the country has to stand as united and work for the development of legal sector and country as its citizens.
