Documents filed as Additional Evidence in 138NIA Appeal
In an appeal in ADJ Court against conviction in 138 NIA Trial the accused files an application, for additional evidence along with large number of documents.
Is it not mandatory that he gives copies of these documents to the opposite party (complainant) also? Pl give with some citations / case laws
