Fnf not received even after one year

Hi myself Sagar R I worked for a company named SKILL-lync ( Epowerx technology) I worked for about an year and 80% of the employees where been forced to resign due to downsizing of team where 2 months of surveillance pay was been promised and currently it is almost 1 year four months passed and still I have not received my FNF cleared. Tried drafting multiple mails, but still no replies been given and my amount is not been cleared yet even after multiple reminders, please help me with legal actions so that I can get my amount back. And also my PF is also not been settled by the company yet.

You serve a legal notice demanding your dues through your advocate to the company after which you can file a suit for recovery of your dues

In need of help as I don't know any advocates who can help me out.

You can choose any advocate from this forum who would be willing to assist you on the terms of the chosen advocate.

You have to contact and consult a local prudent lawyer to issue notice and file your claim as per terms and conditions of your appointment.

Yes, a legal notice may force the employer to clear the dues.
